Intela’s heart is its dashboard, with clear indicators of tasks, contact information, and at-a-glance statistics.
The design work focused on improving how users interact with complex tax workflows by creating a clearer, more efficient interface. The goal was to simplify navigation, improve data visibility, and help users complete tasks with less friction.
Key design efforts included refining the overall information architecture, creating intuitive dashboard layouts, and establishing consistent interface patterns across the platform. These improvements helped users more easily access documents, monitor project status, and collaborate with Deloitte teams.
The design approach emphasized usability and clarity. By reducing visual complexity and organizing information more effectively, the updated interface allows users to focus on their work rather than figuring out how the system functions.
The resulting experience provides a modern, streamlined interface that supports Deloitte’s global tax services while making the platform easier for clients and internal teams to use.
